Ross Anderson grew up in the Seattle area and was greatly influenced by his father, architect Ralph Anderson. Ross graduated from the University of Washington in 1984 with a BA in Architecture and subsequently earned a BS in Building Construction in 1986. Anderson started Anderson Design & Construction in 1986. A strong passion to connect the design process and the construction process has led to numerous successful design-build ventures. Anderson Construction partners with Anderson/Collier Architects,, on design build projects in the Seattle area. Anderson/Collier specialize in high-end residential and light commercial architectural design.  Anderson Construction also works on projects independently.

The Anderson Construction team of highly skilled craftsmen has over 50 years’ experience collectively. Our goal is to build quality crafted residences and buildings while remaining on budget and keeping the communication clear and open with our clients.

Ross Anderson is principal of Anderson Construction and works closely with the entire team and clients on all projects. Anderson Construction is a licensed contractor in the state of Washington. Ross is an AIA Member and is a licensed architect in Washington and Hawaii.

Steve Nagel is senior project manager and leads the crew of Don Bower, Mike Weatherly and Curt Bauer. Pam Stusser has been with Anderson Construction for over 13 years and handles all accounts payable and general bookkeeping.
